Resolved Question: What is the best time to drive from Camarillo to Santa Barbara, CA on a Friday?

I live in Camarillo, CA and am going to the zoo next Friday and don't often travel in the mornings out of the city. How bad is the traffic going north in the mornings and south in the evenings? When would it be best to leave in the morning (say 9-12am is the window) and when would it be best to leave in the evening (the window is 5-10pm depending on when I get there) to Camarillo?... read more
